An iphone post This is a test of my iPhone and the WordPress App.
So far it seems to have an easy interface.
I hope you’re having a great weekend. Today I went shopping at the Christmas market here in Weimar. This year’s is far better than last year, but Jena and Erfurt’s are nicer.

TQE : That Queer Expatriate I'm an American living in Berlin, Germany -- which makes me an expatriate, not an ex-patriot. Before landing in Germany, I've lived in Denver, Colorado; Laramie, Wyoming; Bloomington, Indiana; and Weimar, Germany. If you want to write to me, feel free! The username is elmadaeu on the gmail.com service.

i can’t bring myself to use my iphone to make a blog post…i guess i could if i wanted to post a photo. different strokes for different folks i suppose 🙂
@nts: That sounds like Munich yesterday!
@koko: It will be nice when I don’t want to take my laptop with me everywhere…
Details, please. Did you buy it in the US or Germany? Is it locked or unlocked? Sim card?
@J: I got it from T-Mobile in Germany with the typical 2 year contract–so no special deals for me. I feel that its worth it to have the factory warranty and service from the authorized company in Germany, in case something goes wrong. Should I leave the country, it can be unlocked.
I don’t do data roaming since it is incredibly expensive, so its specialized features are somewhat limited in use when not in Germany…
