when I am running, the world also runs with me

Thursday was a fun day – meeting old friends in Leipzig (coffee during a forced one hour layover at the train station), Jena (old work colleagues: I still have a mailbox at the old office. No mail in it), and Weimar (lots of friends).

In the evening I found myself at the gallery opening for wenn ich renne, rennt auch die welt mit, a gallery exhibition by Bauhaus-Universität Weimar students, curated by one of my friends in Weimar.

As it was opening evening, things were still not ready when she took a break for dinner with me, so we ate early and I had a chance to see the gallery before the grand opening. Lots of cool things on display – a few of which are below.

Guitar Spielen

Water in a bottle...

Record Playing Tapes

Styrofoam Man

I would have enjoyed this post much more if the title had been “when I am running the world”. So much more interesting! Lol! The gallery works look really interesting, though.
