In something like 26 hours, CNN International will commence its nonstop coverage of US election results.
I, for one, am relieved that this is almost over–this election has been incredibly nasty, horrid, and long. One party is trying to scare the living daylights out of me by telling me that if I vote for their opponent, terrorists will immediately launch attacks on the homeland and that the wolves are smelling blood.
Thankfully, I refuse to believe such negative crap. What I can honestly say is that America has gone down the tubes. The president cannot understand simple facts or realize that he’s made some mistakes along the way–he’s off living in some odd fantasy world.
I’d sure like to know what drugs he took back in the 70s… I’d like to share in his faux-vision.
All I can say is vote for Kerry.
A president whose vision is clear will do us a world of good.
I’m off to vote for John Kerry and every other non-Republican I can. After that I’m off to New York, NY… the city so nice they named it twice.
Let’s hope no terrurists (oh sorry, GWB slipped in for a second) …AHEM… terrorists decide to do anything for election day.
Now all I have to do is figure out how to get from aproximately 48th Street at Lexington down to 9th Ave/16th street.
Driving across the Bronx on the way back from Provincetown was much easier.
