Absolute Terms

In absolute terms, right now, were I in Weimar, I would be lying in bed thinking about getting up and taking a shower.

Instead, I am sitting in bed getting ready to fall asleep. It’s 11:22pm here, 6:22am there, and I’m definately at the 11:22pm side of things. Trip from London was fine although the plane was packed to the gills with people who had just gotten off the Queen Mary after a cruise. I was one of the very youngest people on the plane.

Happy Moment: I got a US Stamp in my passort: a new fangled looking stamp! No more red blob, it’s an oval of sorts that says Department of Homeland Security.

Random Comment the First: Eurovision winner was the predicted winner, but I was disappointed. I didn’t really like the song. Second: I love London, and the more that I am there the more I am figuring the city out. Look for a report on the not so late club scene coming soon. Three: I’ve known a vague outline of Oscar Wilde’s life story, but for some reason haven’t ever bothered to read his books. I picked up a set of his short stories and realized that the first one in the book had been told to me as a child. I eagerly await the rest of the book. Fourth: I’m tired.

A new stamp from the Department of Homeland Insecurity eh?

I love London and would consider moving there if it wasn’t so blasted expensive. 🙂
