Amazing!
When I went to bed last night, my site was completely messed up — everything was poured into one column and it looked terrible. I was frustrated and annoyed and I decided that the solution was to sleep on it, and work on it first thing in the morning when I was feeling less frustrated.
Little did I know that sleeping on it actually fixed the problem. It’s now poured into three columns, the way I want it to be done–something that is useful for the future (one column of links was looking mighty long, and I wanted to change that point).
Of course that leaves the special characters headache, which I’m not sure how to fix. As most of you have probably noticed in the past, I like to use Á, ö, and the full range of special characters–including quote marks that are turned the proper direction. (Quote marks get that way in Word, and I don’t change them to the bland straight drop down form on here–this one has the bland marks because I am entering this straight into MT). For some reason, through the update they got messed up. I’m not sure to fix this problem short of going into each entry.
Keep an eye on the site.
And Boy apparently did not get SMS I sent last night. I’m reasonably certain I sent my note, but I will send it again in a bit. 08:30 is a bit early in the day to send rejection notices.
And now it is fucked up.
