I’ve been feeling lackluster about doing extensive writing.
Watch, now that I’ve typed that sentence, this is going to be an enormous blog entry, covering all kinds of interesting stuff—some of it shocking.
Take, for instance, the news about a 22 year old British guy sticking a fire-cracker up his ass to celebrate Guy Fawkes Day (via Father Bear)—I mean that really is a bang-up way to celebrate—although, seriously, if you want to stroke your prostate, I imagine there are better ways to do it that won’t scorch your colon.
In other random thoughts, I’ve been doing a fair amount of reading about South Africa in the past week (I picked up the Footprint guide to South Africa), and I was stunned to realize that South Africa only implemented apartheid in 1948. I don’t have any photos for gross either…
The Meet-Up isn’t only for Americans, we have a Brit and a Canadian coming too.
I couldn’t come up with anything for Gross either.
