Today is a windy scary day!
Of course, if you’ve read any of the ex–pat blogs, that’s the major topic of the day—and, I suppose, rightfully so for I can assure you that any air pollution that was in Jena this morning is already at the eastern edge of Poland, if not half way across Belarus.
I’m at my office until the 5:30 train home, after which I will hide out in the flat until tomorrow morning.
For the random record, I went to bed last night at about 8pm and did not wake up again until 6am. I am fairly certain that I was sick anew yesterday—and am happy to report that although I have a stuffed head today; I am feeling a whole lot better.
The phone call this morning was productive, the workload is calming a bit, and I am looking forward to a relaxing weekend of laundry and 21 Jump Street. Johnny Depp is always welcome to warm my bed (as is current reality show contestant Sandy).
Enjoy your pursuit of Sandy, you have no competition from me. 🙂 He’s definately not my type.

Re Wind: The wind is so bad that the train system in my part of Germany seems to have shut down. I am grateful that I caught a taxi home before taxis became scarce.
