When I first saw that picture, I thought it was the mine from Robben Island. Then I saw the building on the top.
Yerevan’s cascade will never be finished. It looks very haunting.
@cq: the mine on Robben Island was certainly left unfinished… for a rather long time. It does have similar coloring though… this hole is bigger.
@ed: I give it 10 years before its done and it is a functional art museum
