And why this is it for the blog today.
Have you twittered me yet?

this carrot cake is definitely the best i had. thanx for sharing the baking experience of it with me. tasty!
(if anything else isn’t working out, we should open a carrot cake/zucchini bread factory)
You now have me craving the stuff. Somewhere I’ve got a recipe …
Did you frost it? I have trouble replicating the taste of cream cheese/powdered sugar frosting here …
I just got a Carrot Cake made by the Amish for my birthday. It was very good. I haven’t twittered you yet, my arms aren’t that long. Wait maybe that means something else. I’m old and not up on new terminology, sorry.
@Anki: It was swell having you over… As much as America needs German bread, Germany needs American cakes.
@ed: Twitter– click through the link–it’s basically short blog entries that you can share with the word.
@MollyB: I did frost it, and I have tons of frosting left over. The powdered sugar here seems to be the same as powdered sugar in america–and you can always make powdered sugar if you have a blender.
The cream cheese is a problem, and for that I cheated: Anki brought real American Cream Cheese with her from Chicago. it was a misx of American Philadelphia Cream Cheese, some German Philadelphia Cream Cheese, butter, and powdered sugar….
(And my apologies that I did not rescue your comment from the trap earlier)
