Now.
It’s been far too long since I was last in a vibrant gay scene—say February when I was up in Berlin. I don’t understand why I’ve been sidetracked by the New York Gay scene (I am watching that classic—Trick), because I’m going to Berlin on Thursday and Berlin has a fully vibrant, diverse, and interesting gay scene. Berlin’s gay scene is more diverse and free-ranging than New York City’s complete with more dance clubs, more gay bars, and more fetish clubs.
Weimar is just too isolated and quiet, and although I don’t mind it most of the time, for some reason, it’s getting on my nerves.
