Update at 10pm: Here it is, being decorated. Taste-wise, not so fantastic, but still fun.

Yummy…the evil red-eyed rat looks especially appetizing. Baby Bird wants to know if you will share the stickers. 🙂
Baby Bird is more than welcome to the stickers… They really are TOLL!!!!!
Awesome.
My mum bought me a chocolate pop maker once…the chocolate was garbage but it was fun. I wonder if my mum still has it!!
Almost as fun as dying easter eggs.
Dr. Oetker makes pizzas and other pre-fab food, right? Many years ago when I first came to Germany I saw the name on a package and the first thing I though was: what a stupid name for a brand of foods. I still think of over-the-counter medicine when I hear it, not food.
Looks perfect for Talk Like a Pirate Day, but that’s not until September. Have you tried Dr. Oetker’s Lava Cakes? They’re pretty good.
Almost like being a kid again!
Doesn’t Dr. Oetker also make “marital aids” (aka sex toys)? Maybe that’s Dr. Mueller.
CN Heidelberg – Totally!
koko – the chocolate in this was very disappointing in my opinion. Basic American chocolate is bettter…
disenchanted – more fun 🙂
ian in hamburg – I think Dr. Oetker also wrote the most famous German cooking cookbook–my Mother has his English (US) translation in her cookbook collection. And truth be told, I find the Dr. Oetker frozen spinach pizza to be great for wintery days that I don’t want to cook.
Ultimately I wonder if he’s more like Betty Crocker or like Duncan Hines?
IUMike – I’ve never seen the lava cakes–but I will keep the lollies in mind for September–aaarrrrrgggghhhhhh!
mateo – absolutely – kid like behavior is always fun!
Reko – You know more about this than I do.
Wow, it must be bad if American chocolate is better!
