Last weekend, while in Sweden, my hosts took me on a driving tour of Sweden.
Honestly, I hadn’t really prepared for my trip to Sweden—no studying of attractions in southern Sweden, no reading up on Lund, and no stereotypes of Sweden.
So everything was a surprise – and it occurred to me, far too late to do something about it, that I didn’t even eat Swedish Meatballs in Sweden.
That said, they took me to Kåsehuvud where I could see Ales stenar – an oval shaped structure created out of 59 stones that, essentially, tell time.
Beyond Kåsehuvund, I also put my feet in the Baltic Sea for the first time!
I might also note that southern Sweden has no trees—although my hosts reminded me that most of Sweden is, in fact, covered in trees.
you have large footies! they certainly wouldn’t fit into the stilettos in the previous post!
Nope, they sure wouldn’t — and I’m not really into high heels, at least for myself!
