I spent a total of 29 hours in Bloomington – 29 action-packed hours, I might note, that included a lot of stops, including four trips to my principal bank in the United States, the Indiana University Credit Union.
All four of my trips to the bank were necessary – but I won’t try to explain here, why.
Today at 18:00 CET, it was noon in Bloomington, and I had just left the bank. In fact, I got into my car, turned it on, looked at the clock and suddenly realized that I needed to grab my camera and take a picture of whatever was about – and what was about was the branch I was parked next to.
From here I headed to my hair salon, Be Hair Now, where I got a nice trim. It was a bit of a problem because my Berlin hair stylist does such a fantastic job that after just over four weeks, my hair still looked really good – only needing some cleaning up around the edges.
In that sense, I am lucky to have found, quickly, such a fantastic stylist in Berlin.
