I’ve overscheduled myself this past week with something going on every day after work – whether going to the gym (Tuesday and Thursday) or hosting a friend overnight Friday evening. I’ve now even hired a maid, who came for the first time Wednesday. I’ve also had other things going on in my free-time.
This, in combination with being busy at work, has meant that I’ve been a bit tired.
To top it off, I have two freelance project going on right now, one with a tight deadline and one that merely promises to be time consuming – and that I hope to have finished by Tuesday evening (although at this moment in time I suspect that I will not be keeping this particular self imposed deadline).
Earlier this week I took my new “rugged” camera with me to work and took photos along my M48 commute. I think the camera did not adequately capture the essence of my commute, but I’ll let you be the judge of that.

Then, Saturday morning, my overnight guest and I took a walk, when I noticed a cute little man standing on top of a street sign – this time I had my good camera with me… and I think it looks better.
