Things I saw Saturday morning… Passing an empty playground, I discovered all these autos lined up.
Walking down the cold street, a warm flower…
Bollards do hard work, and a thoughtful Berliner knitted them some hats…

Love those pictures! Way to capture the little details that make life so much more special! That’s especially sweet with the cars!
It’s always reliefing when one can recognize some sweetness in this world 🙂
Like those 🙂
Fantastic pictures! And that’s a fine Saturday morning. Usually I sleep while I can and as long as I’m allowed, but I think those shots would have alleviated my early morning grumpiness. What kind of lens(es) did you use? Mine’s crap, I think I need a new one.
Sarah Stäbler – I’m glad you liked the photos! I noticed on my way home that the first car, the ADAC truck, had vanished!
Martin – It’s easy, when one is in the right mood.
Michlle – Thanks!
IrishBerliner – I was using my default EFS 18-200mm, with at f/4.5, iso 400, and exposure of 0.005 sec (1/200). It was pretty cloudy out…
I saw the same sock-hat-whatever things. About a block south of Nollendorfplatz, right?
You nailed it — just north of Winterfeldplatz
