Wow. You are obsessed with airports and airlines. 😉 Did you ever fly People’s Express? I flew them once, out of Newark. I also flew on Alaska Airlines. But the rest of my carriers are boring: Eastern, Northwest, Continential, US Air, American, and Delta.

  • ChrisC

Gee, I actually have some airports you do not. YYZ, SEA, JAC, SLC, GSO, FAY, CLT, BNA, EYW, MCO, MCI, OAK, SNA, SJC, SMF, SCK, CHS, LAX, CSG, POB, BWI, COA, and a few others I don’t know right off hand.

  • ChrisC

Oh, and STL… how did I miss that?

  • holy shit, STL?!

I’ve been there and it’s not on my list. Crap… I will have to fix that. I also forgot SFO! Wow…

With respect to the rest of yours… I dobut I will add any of them anytime soon.

  • ChrisC

Well I don’t view this as a competition as you’ll win without having to do anything else, but I know the liklihood of your flying or landing at POB is .00000000001%.

  • ChrisC

Oh, and airports visited but not flown… you can add COA. I know you’ve been there because I was there with you.

  • I flew a new aircraft type to SAT on Dec 29: the CRJ-700, operated by SkyWest from DEN. I lucked out and received a complimentary upgraded to United Economy Plus.

In March I’ll fly the A330 for the first time ever on Air Canada to Toronto. My return trip back to Vancouver will also be on an A330.

    POB? Which one is that?

  • ChrisC

MT – POB = Pope Airforce Base, NC.

    COA is Columbia, California.

  • By the way, did you see Delta airlines is starting flights from JFK non-stop to Kiev this summer? AND from Atlanta to Duesseldorf, too. Check out the story:

  • I did see that Delta is adding KBP this summer… in fact when I arrived at KBP I sort of wondered how well they would do for US security–certainly it leaves a bit to be desired as it currently stands (I would say why, but its boring)…

Delta is taking after Continental, and Continental has run out of airplanes to keep expanding everywhere it wants to expand to. My dream: CO to either Leipzig or Dresden– That would be nice.
