Seasonal Cheer! Christmas cheer on Friedrichstraße, as seen in the morning on the way to work.
On my way to meet a friend at Adenauerplatz, I captured this moment of rush hour and Christmas
Over in Treptow Park, I saw bushes covered with these pretty white berries, but I don't know what kind of bush it is....
Seasonal "Winter Mustard" from Thüringen - a taste of my old German homestead.
Under my dining table, this reindeer has taken up residence, along with a few presents from me to my guests, and from them to me... tonight's the night!

Winter mustard? How is that different from regular mustard?
Ironically enough, I was also searching for the name of those white berries after seeing them around so often.
Enjoyed your photos thoroughly, even though they are scenes I see everyday.
mateo: I think this mustard has cinnamon in it, plus some other spices, and honey. It’s actually quite pleasant. There are a lot of different kinds of mustard here in Germany.
Red Haircrow: I love your name! Sadly I still do not know the name of the berry — I will try to ask people at the office tomorrow, but, given that this week is this week, I doubt many people will be in.
Cinnamon in mustard? Sounds weird, but guess it depends on what you might put it on.
