Today is my last day in the States – if all goes well, in a mere 5 hours, I will be somewhere over New England on my way back to Germany.
At noon EST, 18:00 CET, we were at a US Post Office in Greenwich Village – my Sagittarius Amigo wrote seven postcards, but had only five stamps – a situation he rectified while I was taking these photographs – it’s a small storefront location that you’d expect to find in a small town, not just off of 6th Avenue in Manhattan.
This has been an excellent trip and I have a lot to say – but it will have to come out in drips and dribbles.
Tomorrow 18:00 CET really will be 18:00 CET.
