I got to Bloomington Sunday evening at about 6:30—it was only a short time later that I crawled into bed and fell asleep.
Eventually I woke up: it was pitch black and I felt rested. I guessed it was 3 or 4am. In reality: 10:30. I surfed the web and did nothing until midnight when I was finally tired enough to go back to bed.
So I slept a long time until I woke again. I felt fine—and I stretched. Charlie Horse in the left leg. Ouch! I must have screamed out in pain for a good 5 minutes before the pain subsided. At one point I was holding on to the headboard. Once I could extend my leg, I looked at the clock: 2:00.
I limped out and spent the next two hours surfing the web, wishing I wasn’t in pain.
4:00 I went back to bed and slept until 7.
The Charlie Horse is definitely a new, and bad, twist on jetlag.
I can think of some better ways to be holding onto the headboard screaming! heh. Hopefully you are feeling better by now, kicking back and taking it easy. Welcome back to Btown, Adam. See ya real soon!!!!
Ouch. Water and Banannas.
do you still hate me?
>|o>|o, I don’t hate you.

Sorry I am a bit of an ignoramous but what is a Charlie Horse`?
Charles, A “Charlie Horse” is US slang for a leg cramp.
