Cathy, as promised, popped over tonight—it was absolutely fantastic seeing her—a much needed break from the constant stress of moving. I’d spent the morning working at the Weimar Office—I had an unexpected project dropped in my lap yesterday and I was told it would be easy. Much to my surprise it took me over three […] I think the people I work with must be relieved that I found an apartment. My emotions ran a bit wild the last couple weeks—centering on two key emotions: Stressed and Freaked Out versus Depressed and Despondent. Today I have finally turned some kind of corner: the bureaucratic headaches associated with my making the apartment […] I took time out today to grab lunch with a few people from campus, run Mike’s food to the food bank, more stuff to Goodwill, and convert my coinage into savings.
